"Talk About Service" is on the quest for the best in customer service.  The show itself, as well as interviews and selected clips from the show, are displayed to help listeners learn from the very best in customer service providers.  We want to address both the technical and people side of customer service. 

We feel that there is seven step process that WORKS when it comes to service. These steps are:

1)   Survey your customers

2)  Survey your employees

3)  Audit your customer contact points

4)  Assess your customer contact people

5)  Develop your credo

6)  Practice your basics

7)  Talk about customer service every day

 

These are what the "best" do and what we want YOU to do.
